1. User-submitted content

Users may upload photos, names, stories, and other content to generate personalized books. You retain ownership of your content.

2. License to use content

By uploading content, you grant STANLY UNIVERSE PTE. LTD. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, generate, print, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing Stanly services.

3. Likeness rights

You confirm that you have permission from all individuals whose likeness, name, or identity is included in uploaded content.

4. Minor consent

If content includes minors, you confirm that you are a parent, legal guardian, or have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.

5. Prohibited content

You must not upload content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

6. Intellectual property of third parties

You must not upload copyrighted characters, brands, logos, or protected intellectual property unless you have permission from the rights holder.

7. AI-generated interpretation

Stanly uses artificial intelligence to transform uploaded content into illustrations and stories. Generated results are creative interpretations and may not exactly match uploaded images.

8. Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing generated previews before ordering. Stanly is not responsible for likeness differences approved in preview.

9. Content moderation

Stanly reserves the right to refuse, remove, or modify content that violates this policy.

10. Commercial use

Generated books are intended for personal use. Commercial resale or distribution requires written permission.
