This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed on the Stanly platform available at stanlymade.com and operated by STANLY UNIVERSE PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202612181H), 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 SBF Center, Singapore 068914.

1. Production time
All Stanly books are made-to-order. Production time typically varies between 2 to 5 business days depending on demand, customization level, and print partner capacity.
2. Shipping time
Shipping time typically varies between 2 to 10 business days depending on destination, production location, shipping method, and carrier performance. Delivery estimates are indicative only and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping providers
Stanly uses third-party print-on-demand and logistics partners to produce and deliver orders. Shipping carriers may vary depending on destination.
4. Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided after the order is shipped. Tracking can be accessed in your user space on stanlymade.com under the “My Books” section. Tracking updates are provided by third-party carriers.
5. International shipping
Stanly ships internationally. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, import procedures, and local carrier handling.
6. Unavailable destinations
We currently do not deliver to certain countries and territories where delivery is not supported by our printing and logistics partners. These locations include, but may not be limited to:
- Afghanistan
- Belarus
- Crimea region
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Russia
- Syria
- Tokelau
- Tuvalu
- Wake Island
- Turkmenistan
- Tajikistan
- Yemen
- Venezuela
- Some Pacific islands
Orders placed to these destinations may be cancelled and refunded if delivery is not available. Shipping availability may change over time depending on logistics coverage.
7. Customs, duties and taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities.
8. Delivery delays
Stanly is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, logistics disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
9. Incorrect address
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, delivery may fail. Stanly is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
10. Lost packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, Stanly may offer a replacement after investigation with the carrier.
11. Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We may provide a replacement.
12. Split shipments
Orders may be shipped from different production facilities and may arrive in separate packages.
