This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made on the Stanly platform available at stanlymade.com and operated by STANLY UNIVERSE PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202612181H), 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 SBF Center, Singapore 068914.

1. Personalized products
All Stanly books are personalized and made-to-order. Because each product is custom-created based on user inputs, orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
2. Order cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once the book enters production, cancellations are not possible.
3. Preview responsibility & Approval Lock
Users are responsible for reviewing the preview carefully before placing an order. Once you approve your preview and place your order, the approved preview becomes the print-ready version of your book. Edits after approval are not guaranteed.
If a mistake was visible in the approved preview, we cannot guarantee a free reprint. If the printed book differs from the approved preview because of our production or fulfillment error, we will make it right.
4. Damaged or defective items
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective because of a production or fulfillment issue on our side, we will offer a free reprint or another fair resolution.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.
5. Lost shipments
If your package stops moving in transit, please contact us. We'll first check with the carrier. If there is no tracking movement for 10 business days, we'll investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, or there is still no movement after 15 business days, we'll arrange a replacement print or another fair solution.
If something looks wrong with your package tracking, please reach out — we'd rather hear from you sooner than later. We'll work with the carrier to investigate, and if the package is confirmed lost or there's still no movement after 15 business days, we'll reprint and ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.
6. Incorrect address
If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer, Stanly cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
7. Production variations
Because books are printed using print-on-demand technology, slight variations in color, paper, trimming, and layout positioning may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
8. Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Personalization mistakes visible in the preview before checkout
- Minor color variation
- Delivery delays outside our control
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Unsatisfactory creative preference after checkout
9. Refund method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
